At Efevisionaryacademy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy covers both our digital products and subscription services. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. Refund window

We offer a clear 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase from Efevisionaryacademy. This applies to all digital products, subscription purchases, and renewal charges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

3. Subscriptions (EVA Premium)

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access until the period ends.
• If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of any subscription charge, including renewal charges.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

1. Log in to your Paddle account at paddle.net using the email address you used for purchase.
2. Locate your order in your order history.
3. Request a refund through Paddle's support system, or email us directly at support@efevisionaryacademy.store with your order number.

Paddle processes all refund requests on our behalf. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Subscription cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to Profile → Manage billing in the app, or visit paddle.net.
2. Log in with your purchase email.
3. Select the subscription and choose "Cancel".
4. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Exceptions and disputes

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
