• Use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or fraudulent purpose.
• Create, upload, request, or distribute sexual content, explicit nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Create, upload, request, or distribute content that impersonates a real person, uses another person's likeness without permission, or misleads people into believing synthetic media is real.
• Create, upload, request, or distribute violent extremist, self-harm, regulated goods, illegal services, or other prohibited content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the proper working of the service.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your purchased content.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

Our AI image, digital twin, faceless video, podcast, and campaign tools are for lawful, consent-based business, education, faith, and creator content only. We may refuse generation requests, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
