1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EfeVisionaryAcademy website, mobile app, and all services provided by Efevisionaryacademy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Paddle Merchant of Record

All payments for products and subscriptions on this platform are processed by Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"), who acts as our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle handles:

• Payment processing and tax collection (including VAT/GST where applicable).
• Subscription billing, invoicing, and renewal management.
• Refund processing in accordance with our refund policy.
• Compliance with payment card industry (PCI) standards.

Your payment agreement is with Paddle. Their terms apply alongside ours. See Paddle's Terms of Service.

3. Account registration

To purchase products or subscribe to Premium, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• EVA Premium is a recurring monthly subscription billed at £7.99 per month.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting Paddle support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Digital products

Our digital products (e.g., journals, prompt packs, challenges) are delivered electronically upon successful payment and remain covered by our refund policy. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our digital products.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this platform are the property of Efevisionaryacademy or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Your purchase grants a limited licence, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the proper working of the service.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your purchased content.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efevisionaryacademy and Paddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
